Delete your account

You can delete your Verzo Driver account at any time, either in the app or by email. You don't need the app installed to use the email route.

Option 1: In the app

Open Verzo Driver and go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is closed straight away.

Option 2: By email

Email info@verzo.in from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We use that address to confirm the request is really from you. We'll close the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days.

Before you delete

If you are in the middle of a delivery, please complete or cancel it first. The app won't let you delete your account while an order is assigned to you.
If you think you are still owed earnings, email info@verzo.in before deleting so we can settle them.

What happens when your account is deleted

You are signed out on every device and can't sign in to that account again.
You stop receiving order offers and notifications, and we stop using your location.
Your details no longer appear to restaurants, the ordering platform or customers.

What happens to your data

When your account is closed, we keep the information we already hold securely and use it only to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and settle payments. We do not use it to offer you work or contact you about the service. Some records must be kept for as long as Indian tax and company laws require. Everything else is permanently deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
